To truly master life, You must find peace within YOURSELF.
Meditation is the fastest, most effective way to achieve this...
Many people think that meditation is doing nothing. But, as it turns out, that’s a very silly thing to assume. It’s not really about you doing “nothing”.
Whether you’re at your work, playing, or chilling out at home, Meditation makes you a more well-rounded individual emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
Imagine being able to stay calm, cool, and stress-free anytime, anywhere… because this is what “sitting with your eyes closed and doing nothing” gives you access to do.
And it doesn’t stop there. The long-term benefits of meditating include becoming...
more effective – even when you’re NOT meditating
Maybe our old friend called "Imposter Syndrome" likes to tell you that life is so easy for everyone else but you... but even most ambitious, soul seeking, purpose-driven people often find themselves in a pinch:
Let me ask you something:
If so... I get it.
Because the truth is… I dislike meditating.
No, really. I’m actually pretty darn stubborn. Actually, make that VERY.
There are a million other things I’d rather be doing:
How do I know this? Because I worked as a talent agent with the world’s best neuroscientists... Geniuses when it comes to understanding the human brain.
They’ve broken down how meditation affects our neurochemistry and how it works.
When I learned from these experts after my year of silence, I had a mind-blowing epiphany. I thought “Aha! So that’s what happened to me then.”
But the concepts that I read in their books took me a full year to internalize in the monastery in Myanmar. From embracing the silence to waking up every day at 3:30 am… to meditating 20 hours a day without reading, writing, or talking.
I didn’t just learn these lessons… I embodied them. I figured them out on my own with practically no guidance.
Of course, there was a little bit of guidance… the head monk in the monastery more or less said, “Be aware!”
But that’s about it. It wasn’t easy… in fact, it was torture, especially for the first 6 months. After which point, I had a breakthrough that made the last 6 months fly by.
Every day suddenly felt like a breeze. I easily slept 4 hours a night without feeling tired during the day.
So even though meditating is sometimes bizarre nor is it my favorite thing to do, I do it because it makes me feel better. And…
INTRODUCING:
Year in Silence COURSE
That’s why I’d love for you to join my Year in Silence course that helps you:
At least this is what some people said they've learned from my meditation technique have said it helped them with. It’s so much more fun to mingle with others on the same journey.
This isn’t magic nor an overnight potion that fixes all of your problems, but it’s a great place to start.
There are 5 levels of advancement in the Year in Silence system:
My technique is different. Simple. Definitely not rocket science. You need benefits that apply to the real world when you’re NOT meditating, and this gives you just that.
The topics you’ll learn about in Level 1 Focus & multi-task peacefully are:
By the end of this course, you’ll have a technique that you can use anywhere that helps you compartmentalize your thoughts.
Compartmentalizing your thoughts means having lots of them swirling around in your head at once but none of them bother you = FREEDOM.
I'll show you how to observe them from “different dimensions,” which leads to non-attachment.
It's kind of like watching yourself in a movie… then inside another movie within that movie (The Matrix and Inception movies aren’t too far off… Great job, Hollywood!)
Then, you're not attached when a thought comes that doesn't serve you.
That sounds weird, but who cares? It’s not fun to be bogged down by negative thoughts or bad habits that make us angry, sad, or frustrated. Now you'll have a technique that helps you put yourself first and that makes your mental health a #1 top priority again.
Consider this a conscious upgrade for your brain that opens its doors so you can finally get on a solid path to reach your fullest potential. It's a chance to embark on an inner journey that helps you rediscover what you really want in life, and reveal the path to actually get there... because:
It’s never too late to learn a new technique that helps bring out the best in you. Having someone to show you your way – the same way the monks showed me mine will make a world of a difference for you, starting from the inside out.
Blessings,
P.S. Just because I’m a spiritual person doesn't mean I'm going to start feeling guilty about having a wild side. I like to have fun. And if you’re like me… someone who puts in the blood, sweat, and tears to achieve ALL of their dreams, all of which involve high levels of self-awareness, focus, and clarity...
Together we can redefine what it means to “ have it all” by embracing our opposing sides that help create the balance we all need:
It’s so great to be in control of you emotions!
As you become aware of your habitual mental states and learn how to shift your mind's focus to do whatever you want – instead of having it control you – dealing with difficult or stressful situations becomes way easier (Bring. It. On!)
